Registration & Payment Terms

• Course registration may be completed online via our website or through an official registration form.
• Registrations via telephone are not accepted.
• Clients are advised to confirm course availability prior to making any travel or accommodation arrangements. Apex Integration Training Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to failure to do so.
• An invoice will be issued upon acceptance of registration.
• Full payment is required before course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation for registrations with outstanding payments.
• Late payments may incur administrative fees or penalties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a registration for a public training programme is confirmed, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Full Refund if the course is cancelled or postponed by Apex Integration Training Sdn Bhd.
Full Refund for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the training date.
• A 10% administrative fee applies for cancellations made 7–13 working days prior to the training date.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 working days prior to the training date or for non-attendance without prior notice.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to enquiry@apexitraining.com.my.
Late payments may be subject to 1.5% interest per month, calculated on a daily basis.

Privacy Policy

All personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.

Communication & Marketing

Clients who register or purchase our services may occasionally receive information on upcoming programmes, promotions, or articles. Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe option provided in our communications.
