This 2-day beginner course provides foundational Excel skills to help participants create, manage, and analyze simple spreadsheets. DAY 1: Excel Fundamentals & Data Entry
Module 1: Getting Started with Excel

- Creating, opening, and saving workbooks.
- Using the Quick Access Toolbar and Backstage view.
Module 2: Working with Cells and Ranges
- Selecting and navigating cells and ranges.
- Inputting text, numbers, and dates.
- Using AutoFill and Flash Fill.
- Performing basic edits and clearing contents.
Module 3: Introduction to Formulas & Functions
- Using =, arithmetic operators, and order of operations.
- Basic functions: SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX.

- Editing and copying formulas across ranges.
Module 4: Formatting Basics
- Font formatting: bold, italics, colour.
- Cell alignment and merge options.

- Find & Replace and Go To Special features.
- Using Fill Series and Custom Lists.
Module 7: Formatting Worksheets + Conditional Formatting
- Font styles, alignment, borders, and fill colours.
- Number formatting: currency, date, percentage.
- Using Format Painter.
- Highlight duplicates, top/bottom values.
- Apply colour scales and data bars.
- Practice: Visualize performance and highlight outliers.
Module 8: Charting and Visualization
- Understanding chart types and their use.
- Creating column, bar, line, and pie charts.
- Customizing chart elements (titles, legends, labels).
- Moving, resizing, and printing charts.
Module 9: Introduction to Pivot Table
